SHIPPING POLICY

Archival Custom Shop ships from France to customers in France and internationally.

Processing times
Many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches. Preparation and production times may therefore vary depending on the product and current availability. Estimated lead times are communicated at the time of order or confirmation.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, parcel weight and selected carrier. The final shipping cost will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Carriers
Orders may be shipped with carriers such as Colissimo, FedEx or another suitable international carrier depending on the destination and parcel size.

Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the customer once the parcel has been dispatched.

International orders, customs and import taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Any transit time communicated is an estimate and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays or other circumstances outside the control of Archival Custom Shop.

Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Archival Custom Shop cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at archivalcustomshop@gmail.com, including the order details and photographs where applicable.
