RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, where the legal right of withdrawal applies.

Items must be returned complete and in a condition allowing resale, unless the item is defective or non-conforming.

Unless the return is due to an error, defect or non-conformity attributable to Archival Custom Shop, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
